Unit bearings
« on: May 10, 2015, 04:35:02 PM »
We all know how it starts, was going to change a bad stud in my wheel spacer and discovered my unit bearings were shot. Ordered them from Rock Auto and got them quickly and for a fair price. I've read Timken were the only way to go, so that's what I got. I believe the ones i changed were original (85,000 miles). Hopefully these will last as long. It drives MUCH better now. Hopefully that was causing some of the wandering while towing.
