new/old guy
« on: December 13, 2010, 01:32:34 pm »
Hello, I'm Brian. A few of you folks probably already know me. I've got a Yellow 04 Rubicon that has very little of the original stuff on it.

I am currently the president of LSJC but I felt like now would be a good time for me to personally support TORC and the RCFK. So I sent the money to become one of your paid members.

I am hopeful we will be able clean the slate and work more closely together. I look forward to possibly some joint runs and seeing some of you folks on the trails.

Brian

Brian,

First off, welcome and thanks for the recent support. Its refreshing to see both clubs join together and not pushed apart. Ive already spoke with Rob about possibly scheduling a couple runs with LSJC and TORC together this coming year. I have already scheduled time off for LSJC's Jim Parker memorial run and have invited TORC along. Also, I look forward to working with you and LSJC to enjoy and promote our hobby.

Thanks again for the support!!

I'm down in San Antonio now and I finally have one of those jobs where my blackberry is going nuts every 8 minutes.  I got a 2011 Silverado K2500 on October 29th with 6 miles on it.  I'm getting my 3rd oil change for it tomorrow.  I drive pretty much all day checking up on oil rig sites and settling land issues.  It was pretty scary leaving the Air Force but damn I am glad I did it!
